Getting an appointment would be a good start to seeing a doctor. Then also getting your medication correct would also be helpful when you put in a repeat prescription. Thinking of changing surgeries.

Nurses are easy and quick to see. Doctors can never get an appointment and always waiting anywhere from 20 minutes to an hour after booked time to see them.

For mental health patients, who can find it hard to register repeat prescriptions in a timely fashion, their service is abominable. After being told that people on anti-depressant/anti anxiety drugs have now run out, these patients are told "Three days. Or, you can come in in person, and MAYBE we can get it to you in two." This is simply unacceptable. Have since moved my partner to my surgery, where patient's welfare is cared about.
